| - Spoiler:
That Tokio Hotel has no privacy is no surprise to its legions of worldwide fans. The group that causes fans to do endless internet searches for Tokio Hotel CD’s, Tokio Hotel pictures, well, really Tokio Hotel anything gets very little downtime to do anything else, but to think about the band. Fortunately for fans, the members of the group are dedicated to its fans and in an odd sort of way, grateful that they have no private lives. It’s all about the band for Tokio Hotel.
Tokio Hotel in Asia
Tokio Hotel’s recent visit to Asia has been a success by all accounts in the Asian media. According to a recent story posted on New Straits Times, the members of the band have given up everything for the band. According to band member, Tom Kaulitz, the band is on the road 340 days a year. They don’t have time for private lives at all.
They tried to at first, but as Bill Kaulitz points out, it became impossible to keep their private lives private as they have become more popular worldwide.
It’s true that Bill, Tom, Gustav, and Georg inspire their fans to want to learn more about them, but the band also inspires the fans to take action. Not only has Tokio Hotel inspired at least one Twitter trending frenzy with the release of their "World Behind my Wall" video, but also has inspired fans worldwide to begin studying German so that they can understand what the band is singing about. Something that the band is sure to appreciate considering that they admitted that when they first started singing in English, they felt a little unsure about their language ski. Bill Kaulitz admitted that he wanted to sound like a native speaker when he sang and has gained more confidence about his linguistic skills with the release of the band’s album, “Humanoid”.
The Soundtrack of their Lives
Kaulitz went on to say that the “Humanoid” album is “like the soundtrack” of their lives in part, because they sing about real life happenings. However, this sentiment goes both ways. The band has legions of fans who take up for them and who believe that the band’s sound and songs say something about their condition. None other than Twilight’s Robert Pattinson, according to MTV, announced that he was a Tokio Hotel fan during an interview last year and said that the band would be perfect for the “New Moon” soundtrack. Other fans include Sports Bild sports writer Carli Underberg, who admitted having Tokio Hotel’s “Durch den Monsun” (Through the Monsoon) in his car’s CD player, because it provided just the right musical backdrop as he was driving to through Africa during the rainy season.
But Tokio Hotel does that. Inspires fans rain or shine. In Asia like the Tokio Hotel fans in Oberhausen are willing to wait through any kind of weather for their favorite guys from Magdeburg to perform. And according to the New Straits Times, the wait was worth it. Source: http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-47240-Tokio-Hotel-Examiner~y2010m5d7-Tokio-Hotel-Its-all-about-the-band
